Prof. Daniel Raveh Daniel Raveh is Professor at the Department of Philosophy TAU. His research interests involve classical and contemporary Indian philosophy, comparative philosophy, philosophy and translation, and film-philosophy. His publications include Sūtras, Stories and Yoga Philosophy: Narrative and Transfiguration (Routledge 2016), Exploring the Yogasūtra: Philosophy and Translation (Continuum 2012) and Philosophical Threads in Patañjali's Yogasūtra (Hakibbutz Hameuchad 2010, Hebrew). He is also co-editor (with Jay Garfield and Nalini Bhushan) of Contrary Thinking: Selected Essays of Daya Krishna (Oxford University Press 2011). His articles have appeared in journals such as Philosophy East and West, Journal of the Indian Council of Philosophical Research, Journal of Indian Philosophy, and Culture and Dialogue.
