כנס בינלאומי, דצמבר 2015
בין השלושה עשר לחמישה עשר בדצמבר, 2015, יערך באוניברסיטת תל אביב כנס משותף למרכז ללימודים דתיים ובין-דתיים ולמרכזים מקבילים באוניברסיטת קיימברידג' ואוניברסיטת גתה בפרנקפורט.
הכנס יוקדש לתובנה על פיה מאחר ושלוש דתות הייחוד התפתחו תוך מגע ומשא מתמשך ביניהן, ותהא זיקה זו ישירה או עקיפה, מודעת או בלתי מודעת, עליהן להילמד באופן בין-דתי ולא רק על דרך המחקר ההשוואתי. מחקר זה דורש את כינוסם של מומחים לכל אחת מן הדתות שישתפו יחדיו פעולה לשם הבנת הדינמיקה והמעורבות הבין-דתית ההדדית.

תכנית הכנס תכלול שתי הרצאות לקהל הרחב שישאו דניאל בויארין (אוניברסיטת ברקלי) ומרצה נוסף עליו יוכרז בקרוב, בנוסף לשבעה מושבים בני שעתיים שיכללו כל אחד הרצאה בת ארבעים וחמש דקות, שתי תגובות מוזמנות בנות כחמש עשרה דקות, וכשלושת רבעי השעה שיוקדשו לדיון משותף.
