Karina Masasa
Karina masasa, holds a Ph.D. from Bar Ilan University. Her dissertation, under the supervision of Roselyne Koren, deals with the "Contribution to the rhetoric of "magic words" in the current public debate on globalization: the case of debate around the concepts "poverty" and "solidarity".
The research materials consist of articles from contemporary French newspapers (daily, weekly or monthly press) as well as reference books written by sociologists such as Pierre Bourdieu, and also novels which allow to analyze the theme of poverty from an inter-discursive perspective.
